Land Access

Starker Forests, Inc. offers extensive public access to its managed forest lands for a variety of recreational activities. As a steward of timber production, clean water, and wildlife habitat, Starker Forests requires visitors to obtain a free annual permit for activities such as hiking, hunting, and more. Permits are available at their office in Corvallis, and must be visibly displayed during your visit. The forests are patrolled and certain rules and guidelines, such as no smoking or camping, are strictly enforced to ensure both safety and sustainability.
