Mindi has a long-standing reputation in developing, growing and leading dynamic teams within her military and civilian career. She is a disciplined military veteran looking for opportunities to grow and enhance teams to be performing at nothing but their maximum potential. In her 20 year military career she has served in unique positions full of diversity to include social psychology, information technology, satellite operations, aerospace medical nursing, emergency medical services, medical laboratory, education, training, professional development and readiness. In her current position within the Idaho Air National Guard she serves as the Human Resource Advisor for the 124th Fighter Wing.
