The Work and Family Experience® is an employer-sponsored child care benefit program that was established in 2005 as a way for working families to receive a corporate discount at The Learning Experience® Academies of Early Education. Childcare fees currently rank as one of the top family expenses, second only to a mortgage (or rent) among working families. It is imperative for single and working parent families to be able to afford quality childcare, especially if they need care for their infants and young children for eight hours or more a day. The Work and Family Experience offers family care solutions to ease this burden on working families.

Morgan Chase, Merck & Co., PricewaterhouseCoopers, Starbucks Corporation, and Google are able to offer their employees a zero cost, value-added child care benefit program. Employees of these corporations receive a generous rate reduction on their childcare fees from TLE® and have peace of mind knowing that their children are in a safe, secure and nurturing environment that is close to work or home.
