Adopt a Trail

Iron Range Off-Road Cyclists (IROC) invites you to join their Adopt-a-Trail program at Redhead MTB Park. This initiative seeks volunteers to maintain 21 trail sections, ranging from 0.4 to 2.7 miles each. Volunteers, either in teams of 2-4 or sponsored by local businesses, are essential for routine trail upkeep, ensuring a top-tier riding experience. Activities include weed whipping, trail clearing, and leaf blowing, with equipment and training provided. Adopting a trail offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the community's outdoor recreational activities, with benefits including free memberships, volunteer jerseys, and recognition on the trail. Engage with nature and support the growth of mountain biking on Minnesota's Iron Range.
