Julie Hamilton has over 20 years in Human Resources as a Manager/Director with the last 9 years in healthcare. She was able to educate co-workers especially nursing professionals on the treatment and management of living with fibromyalgia.
During her career, she has developed good people skills through employee coaching/counseling, developing and leading mentor groups, managing employees and training, and development within different organizations. Julie has worked with the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) since its inception in 1993. She knows the requirements and can advise you on the necessities when working with your employer when you have a chronic disease.
