Deep Stretch/Yin Yoga


Deep Stretch yoga targets the body’s connective tissue. Unlike our Vinyasa (yang) practice, Deep Stretch (yin) yoga is a slower-paced class with long-held passive poses doing wonders for joint health, flexibility, circulation, and mental focus. This class is not appropriate for people with injuries. This is a breath-based practice, giving you the opportunity to slow down and connect the mind with the body.
