Plate

Our heavy plate team can plasma or oxy-fuel cut shapes out of steel, stainless, and aluminum plate upwards of 6 inches thick. We are also capable of precisely forming plate thicker than 2 inches and also threading holes.

We carry several grades of steel plate including:

- Abrasion resistant Hardox 450 and 500 wear plate , perfect for heavy duty containers, dump trucks, excavator buckets, and also for gears, sprockets, and cutting edges.

- High strength Strenx 100 , perfect for structural, heavy load bearing applications.

- Weathering A588 , which requires little maintenance due to the stable, protective layer of rust which forms around it. A588 was notably used to build the recently installed fence between the Spokane Convention Center and the Spokane River.

- We also stock stainless plate up to 1/2" thick, aluminum plate up to 1" thick, and steel and aluminum floor plate (diamond plate) from 1/16" up to 1/2" thick.
