The Monroeville Fire/Rescue Dept recently received approval from the Alabama Fire College to conduct a 200 hour volunteer certification course.
The Monroeville Fire Department has purchased a 20’ equipment trailer with funding provided by Senator Henry "Hank" Sanders. The trailer will be loaded with equipment for training and live burns.
5 members of MFD recently participated in Peddlin-4-A-Cure annual bike ride. The ride began in Monroeville and ended at Hank Aaron Stadium in Mobile. The 98 mile event raised $137,000.00.
