We are a distinct, separate unit located inside Boulder City Hospital, allowing 24-hour access to nursing and a full array of hospital services, including on-site emergency room services provided by Board Certified physicians. Should your loved one experience medical conditions which require immediate attention, we have the ability to respond promptly and appropriately to these situations. We are a Medicare and Medicaid licensed skilled nursing facility and the preferred choice of care by our residents, their family members and the community. Our small, intimate environment allows for personalized care you can trust and rely on. You can rest assured, knowing your loved one is receiving the best possible care around the clock.
