Vinyasa Yoga


Vinyasa Yoga uses asanas (yoga postures) to achieve balance in the body. This class is paced with one breath-to-one movement designed to produce heat inside the body. The creative sequences allow students to be fully present in order to deepen the mind-body connection while increasing flexibility, strength, stamina, and overall health.
